The Food

With an emphasis on fresh and authentic ingredients, many of which are sourced directly from Italy’s best producers, the menu of Era Ora is based on simple yet innovative combinations of food with some unexpected elements. Each ingredient is given its moment of glory, to tantalise the taste buds as well as the entire palate.


Era Ora’s roots may lie in Umbria and Tuscany, but the food is both expansive and progressive. Risotto and light pasta recipes from Northern Italy have been twisted and reappropriated, along with Sicilian and Sardinian classics such as arancinis, wild fennel flowers and tender spring lamb.
